摘要
当循环流化床作为生物质热裂解反应器时,为便于研究流化床内多孔陶瓷球与生物质粉的混合流动规律,设计了一套可视化循环流化床异质颗粒混合流动测量平台和相应的给料装置。流化床由石英玻璃制成,可满足对生物质热裂解过程的冷态与热态测量的要求。提升管为100 mm×100 mm×1 200 mm的竖直方管,生物质粉给料装置为刮板和螺旋两级喂料。在冷态试验条件下,利用粒子图像测速技术(PIV)对提升管内多孔陶瓷球与生物质粉的混合流动进行了测量。试验结果表明,设计的混合流动试验台能够满足不同流化气速下异质颗粒混合流动的测量要求。
In order to study the mixed flow characteristics of porous ceramic balls with biomass powder in the circulating fluidized bed, which is used as the reactor for biomass pyrolysis, a set of heterogeneous particle mixed flow measuring system and corresponding feeding device are designed. The visual circulating fluidized bed is made of quartz glass, so that it can satisfy the flow measuring requirement in cold-state or hot-state tests of biomass pyrolysis. The designed riser of circulating fluidized bed is a 100 mm×100 mm×1 200 mm vertical square tube. The biomass powder feeding device is made up of scraper and spiral two-stage feeding equipments. Under the cold-state tests, the mixed flow of porous ceramic balls with biomass powder in the riser is measured by particle image velocimetry (PIV) measurement. The results indicate that the measuring system can meet request of heterogeneous particle mixed flow under different velocities of fluidizing gas.
