车辆发动机输出转矩实时监测系统设计与试验

摘要 针对目前国内道路运输中普遍存在的超载超限问题,研究了货运车辆传动轴输出的转矩与车辆载货质量间的相关关系,设计了货车转矩测试系统,并通过试验获得了三种不同路面的最大摩擦系数以及最大转矩与载货质量的关系。试验结果表明,不同载货质量下测试车辆起步转矩与载货质量成线性关系,汽车能通过实施监控发动机输出扭矩检测汽车载货质量。研究结果为解决货车超载超限测试问题提供一定的参考。 Aiming at the ubiquitous overloading transfinite problem in domestic road transport, the relationship between truck output shaft torque and truck load is studied, and truck torque test system is designed. Through the test, the biggest friction coefficient on three different road surfaces and the relationship between the maximum torque and load are obtained. The experimental results show that, the starting torque of the tested vehicle has a linear relationship with load under different load conditions. Trucks can detect their load by monitoring engine output torque. The results of the study provide certain reference to solve the problem of truck overloading transfinite test.
