On the Combination Between the Public Ownership and the Market Economy

中国的改革和发展必须在公有制和市场经济结合的框架内进行设计。公有制和市场经济可以相容且可以相互促进，两者结合的关键是对公有制经济进行市场化改造，使之步入市场经济轨道。发展市场经济不会动摇公有制的主体地位。

China's reform and development must be designed in the framework of the combination between the public ownership and the market economy,which can stimulate each other.The key for the combination of the two is to transform,in terms of the market,the public ownership economy to make it market-driven.However,the development of the market economy can not change the principal role of the public ownership.
