玻璃钢天然气阀井在城市燃气管道中的应用

摘要 天然气管道阀井是城市天然气输配系统中的一项重要设备,传统的砖砌或混凝土结构的天然气阀井往往会出现地下水渗漏现象,尤其是在我国南方地下水位较高的地区,给天然气阀井的日常维护带来诸多不便。针对这一问题,通过勉县分输站至汉中锌业天然气管道工程运用实例,对玻璃钢特性以及玻璃钢天然气阀井的制作及现场安装进行了详细介绍,并从实用性、经济性等对传统的天然气阀井和玻璃钢阀井进行对比,得知玻璃钢阀井更加经济、耐用,且维护更为方便。 In gas pipelines, valve pit is an important facility for city gas delivery system. Groundwater leakage may often occur in traditional pit with brick or concrete structures, resulting in so much inconvenience in regular maintenance, especially in southern China areas with higher water table. So, a fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) valve pit is developed and has been applied to a gas pipeline project of Mianxian subtransmission station to Hanzhong Zinc Company Limited. Here, the property of FRP, and both manufacturing and site installation of FRP valve pit are illustrated. This pit is compared with traditional one in terms of practicality and economy. Results show that FRP pit is more economic and durable. In addition,it's more convenient for maintenance.
