摘要
业绩考核正向激励作为一种正面的、积极的、推动性的激励措施,对提高员工工作积极性、主观能动性都有非常重要的意义。以中国石油西南油气田公司下属某气矿的1个运销部为例,阐述该激励考核模式的主要内容和特点,介绍了模式的组织实施与取得的成效,并针对实施过程中存在的问题提出了完善正向激励考核标准,加大考核标准宣贯力度,科学设置激励的幅度和频次,使用多种形式激励举措以及抓好激励效果分析评估等措施。
As a positive and powerful incentive, feedback on performance has a great meaning to improve the staff's work enthusiasm and subjective initiative. This paper takes a marketing division from one gas district in Petro China Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company as an example, and illustrates the main contents and characteristics of performance examination mode. Meanwhile, it presents its effect, and puts forward several measures against existing problems in its implementation, such as: improving the incentive assessment standards, increasing the promotion efforts, setting up a scientific incentive amplitude and frequency, and using various forms of incentives, and grasping the incentive effect evaluation.
