摘要
桩腿吊装是自升式平台搭载难点之一,而桩腿超高则增加了吊装的难度,使得超高段只能在码头搭载,不仅耽误周期,而且增加了建造成本。文章从我厂在建船舶90米自升式平台出发,分析其桩腿超高情况,解决超高桩腿坞内吊装搭载问题。此法将搭载环节前移,不仅减少码头占用周期,而且提高了搭载效率。
Leg lifting is one of the difficulties ofjack-up plaOCorm erection, and the ultra high leg increases the lifting difficulty which make the ultra high section can only be erected at the quay. In this case, the cycle is delayed, and the construction cost increases. Based on the ship of 90m self-elevating unit under construction in the shipyard, the article analyzes the situation of the ultra high spud leg. The problem of super high leg lifting in dock is solved The method moves the erection stage forward, which not only' reduces the quay-occupying period, but also improves the erection efficiency.
