景观生态恢复与文化重建——以内蒙古小滩子水系景观规划设计为例

Ecological Restoration& Cultural Reconstruction: A Waterfront Park Landscape Design in Inner Mongolia

自然和文化之间的关系从来都是不可分割的。然而随着我国经济的快速发展和城市化水平的急速提升,不仅带来了自然生态失衡、环境污染等问题,而且造成文脉的错位和文化定位的迷茫。怎样在对破坏过的环境进行修补、恢复的同时,提升环境自身具有的文化软实力,保存景观的肌理和精髓,探究景观的文化生态可持续发展,成为人们所面临的难题。结合内蒙古小滩子水系景观规划设计项目的实践,不仅从土壤、水、植被等方面阐述了生态恢复的途径和手段,而且从场所的活动内容、景观形式的巧妙结合、自然与文化的双重可持续性等方面阐明了如何使自然生态的恢复与文化生态的重建有机结合。

Nature and culture will never be separated. With the rapid development of our country’s economy and fast increase in the rate of urbanization, problems such as imbalances of natural ecology and environmental pollution have also emerged, which resulted in contextual dislocation and confusions in cultural orientation. It has become a dififcult task for us to restore the damaged environment while strengthening the unique cultural soft power of the environment itself, preserving the civic texture and trajectory, and seeking for a sustainable development of urban landscape’s culture and ecology. With the case study of Xiaotanzi Waterfront Park Landscape in Inner Mongolia, this paper not only states the means of ecological restoration from the aspects of soil, water and vegetation, but also explains how to combine ecological restoration with culture reconstruction through different uses of a location, combination of landscape forms, and exploring the sustainability both naturally and culturally.
