摘要
本文认为，由于转轨期中制度与体制的缘由，风险投资在我国将面临更大风险。借鉴国外经验教训，本文从经济学的角度分析我们的制度缺憾，并对如何完善我国风险投资的制度环境提出相应对策思考。
The paper maintains that the risk investment in our country is more risky in our country just because of the system in the “track -transfer” period. By drawing on the experiences of foreign countries, the paper analyses the defects of our system from the perspective of the economics and puts forward some countermeasures as to how to perfect our system of risk investment.
