摘要 通过基于逆向工程和快速原型技术的三维模型重构方法,对汤匙表面数字化,实现实体→三维数据→三维模型→实体模型的过程。通过手持式三维激光扫描仪对汤匙表面进行数字化测量以获取大量点云数据,综合使用Imageware和Pro/E完成点云数据的处理及CAD模型的重建,使用快速成型机完成实体造型打印。在模型重构过程中以Imageware软件为平台,提出了通过调整控制点提高NURBS曲面质量的方法。通过三维曲面重构技术,生成的汤匙模型与实物之间的最大偏差为0.437 2 mm。这种逆向建模方法大大缩短了产品的设计开发周期,并有效提高产品的设计效率。 Through the 3D modeling method based on reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology, the spoon surface was digitized, realizing the process of entity→3D data→3D model→entity model. The spoon surface was digitally measured with the handheld 3D laser scanner to obtain a large quantity of point-cloud data. Imageware and Pro/E software were used to treat the point cloud data and reconstruct the CAD model, and the rapid prototyping machines were used to complete the solid modeling printing. With Imageware software as the platform in the model reconstruction process, the method of improving the quality of NURBS by adjusting the node was put forward. Through 3D model reconstruction technology, the maximum deviation between the spoon model and real entity was 0. 437 2 ram. This modeling method could greatly shorten the cycle of product design and development, and effectively improve the efficiencv of nroduet design.
