摘要
选择某临近空间飞行器用连接器基座,通过对其进行工艺性分析,成功设计了基于热固性酚醛玻璃纤维塑料的成型模具。对模具的浇注系统、分型面选择、脱模机构以及材料选用等方面的内容进行了详细叙述。通过合理安排塑压工艺参数,成功制造了满足产品性能要求的高精度基座,为后续热固性连接器基座的成型提供了经验依据。
By analyzing the technical characteristic of a conector base for a near-space aircraft, the transfer mold based on phenolic glass fiber plastic was designed successfully. The gating system of mold, mould joint selection, mold emptier, mold materials and other contents were illustrated in detail. Through the reasonable arrangement of plastic compression process parameters, the high precision base meeting requirements of product performance was obtained, which provided some reference for the subsequent formation of thermosetting connector base.
