钨粉含量和粒径对W/PP屏蔽复合材料性能的影响

摘要 以钨粉(W)和聚丙烯(PP)为原料,通过混炼、平板热压制备W/PP复合材料,研究了不同配比和钨粉粒径的W/PP材料的微观结构、力学性能和耐热性。结果表明,W/PP材料的拉伸强度随着钨粉质量分数的上升而逐渐下降,拉伸断裂方式由塑性断裂转变为脆性断裂,同时,缺口冲击强度则逐渐增大,当钨粉质量分数超过82%时,缺口冲击强度则出现下跌趋势;W/PP材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度随着钨粉粒径的增大有小幅度的提升,但当钨粉粒径大于3μm时,两者都开始下降;复合材料的维卡软化温度随着钨粉含量的增加而升高,同时,当钨粉粒径减小时,复合材料的维卡软化温度也升高。 Tungsten powders (W) and polypropylene (PP) as raw materials were mixed and hot pressed to prepare W/PP composite. The effects of tungsten powders content and particle size on mechanical properties, microstructure and thermostability of the composite were investigated. The results indicated that with the increasing of tungsten powders content, the tensile strength decreased and the tensile fracture mode was changed from ductile fracture to brittle fracture, while the notch impact strength increased until the mass fraction exceeded 82% , followed by a downward trend. When the particle size became larger, the tensile and notch impact strength had a modest improvement until the particle size went beyond 3 p^m, after which, they also began to decrease. Furthermore, vicat softening temperature raised with the rise of tungsten powders content and the diminution of particle size.
