摘要
采用差示扫描量热仪、高温凝胶渗透色谱仪、升温淋洗分级仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和激光粒度分析仪等研究了塑改型氯化聚乙烯专用树脂的结构、性能和颗粒形态。结果表明,氯化聚乙烯专用树脂具有结晶度高、摩尔质量分布窄、低摩尔质量部分含量少、粉末粒径分布均一等特点。采用扫描电子显微镜观察了粉末颗粒的表面形态,发现粉末颗粒是由很多初生粒子聚集而成,且颗粒表面存在大量的"缝隙",缝隙间由丝状物连接到一起,并采用透射电子显微镜观察了粉末颗粒的内部结构,发现颗粒内部是由初生粒子及"孔洞"共同组成,不同牌号聚乙烯树脂"孔洞"的尺寸存在着明显的差异。
The structure, properties and particle morphology of special resins lot chlonnatea polyethylene were studied by differential scanning calorimeter, high temperature gel permeation chromatograph, temperature rising elution fractionation method, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy and laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that the special resin for chlorinated polyethylene have the characteristics of high degree of crystallinity, narrow molecular mass distribution, less content of low-molar-mass polyethylene, uniform polyethylene powder particles. The structure of polyethylene powder was investigated by scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the polyethylene powder was composed of many primary particles. There existed many " cracks" interconnected by filaments on the polyethylene powder surface. The inner structure of powder particles was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the inner structure of powder particles was composed of primary particles and cavitations. The size of cavitation was very different among different grades of polyethylene.
