离子液体[Hmim]HSO_4催化合成乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯 被引量:2

Synthesis of Methyl Acetylricinolate Catalyzed by the [Hmim]HSO_4 Ionic Liquid

摘要 以蓖麻油酸甲酯(1)为原料,在[Hmim]HSO4离子液体催化下与乙酸酐(2)经酰化反应合成了乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯,其结构经IR和MS确证。在最佳工艺条件[1 30 mmol,[Hmim]HSO44.0 wt%,n(2)∶n(1)=1.5∶1,于80℃反应4 h]下,收率94.82%。 Methyl acetylricinolate was synthesized by acetylation of methyl ricinate with acetic anhydride using [Hmim]HSO4ionic liquid as the catalyst. The structure was confirmed by IR and MS.Under the optimum reaction conditions[1 was 30 mmol,the dosage of [Hmim]HSO4was 4. 0 wt%,n( 2) ∶ n( 1) = 1. 5 ∶ 1,at 80 ℃ for 4 h],the yield was 94. 82%.
