经济发展新常态下促进青海流通业发展的几点思考

Thoughts on Improving the Circulation Industry of Qinghai under New Economic Normalcy

经过改革开放三十多年的发展,青海流通业呈现出产业规模不断扩大、主体和业态多样化、基础设施日趋完善、产业融合升级加快的趋势特点,对国民经济的综合贡献不断提高。在经济发展新常态和积极推进"一带一路"建设新的历史背景下,需重新审视青海流通业发展的地位和作用。本文从马克思主义关于流通发展理论出发,结合青海在经济发展新常态和积极推进"一带一路"建设流通的实际,客观分析了青海流通业发展的现状和问题,提出了新形势下青海流通业发展的主要任务和对策措施。

Thirty years after reform and opening-up, the circulation industry of Qinghai has increasingly extended with the variety of subjects and business types, gradually perfected basic facilities, the trend of accelerated industry integration which has had comprehensive contribution to national economy. Under the historic background of new economic normalcy and active impelling of ＂one zone and one road＂, it is necessary to review the status and impact of circulation industry of Qinghai. On the basis of the practical condition of Qinghai under the new economic normalcy and active impelling of ＂one zone and one road＂ ,this article objectively analyzed the current situation and problems of it from the relevant theories of Marxism and proposed the main tasks , policies and measurements of Qinghai＇ s circulation industry.
