摘要
本文从农民工所处的背景环境出发,探讨了企业社会责任实施中所相应出现的矛盾与问题,而它们能否得到解决就成为企业社会责任能否有效实施的重要因素。本文运用人类学之研究方法,深入观察了本文个案东莞代加工厂-QL公司,观察其如何面对这些矛盾,让企业社会责任在这一条道路上发展得更远。同时藉此说明了以农民工为实施主体的企业社会责任制度并非全然效果不佳,唯有考虑企业本身实际经营背景与符合当地民情,才会使得企业社会责任的效果维持长效,达成企业永续发展之列。
The corporate social responsibility implementation for factories migration workers, which is quite different from other kinds of workers, was discussed in this paper. This article illustrated the problems based on the implementation of corporate social responsibility. Solving these problems properly is the key to implement the corporate social responsibility well. Using the research method of anthropology, the corporate social responsibility QL factory is analyzed here. Taking QL factory for example, this research figured out how to solve the problems that hold back the development of corporate social responsibility. We concluded that corporate social responsibility implementation for factories migration workers is absolutely not workable . Only thinking both of real state of the enterprise and local real status, corporate social responsibility implementation can achieve sustainable development in the competition of world economy.
