A Discussion on the One Hundred Years' Planning of Chinese Minority Nationalities' Languages

中国少数民族语言规划有很长的历史,可以追溯到20世纪30年代。近百年来,其中有成功的经验,但是也经历过极左思潮的干扰和破坏,走过一些弯路。总结近百年来这个领域的经验教训,对于我们更好开展这方面的工作是有益的、必需的。文章将中国少数民族语言规划分为四个历史阶段进行总结,是否恰当,有待于进一步讨论。总结的正反面经验教训也有待于学术界的评述。本文为一家之言,提出来,就是为了抛砖引玉,引起学术界的讨论,以期得到正确的认识,做好今后的工作。

The planning of Chinese minority nationalities has a long history that can date back to 1930s.Over the past century, there are successful experience and also disturbing and destruction from ultra-left trend of thought that resulted in detours. Summarizing the experience and lessons in the recent hundred years of this field will be helpful and necessary for us to do work in this aspect. The paper divided the planning of Chinese minority languages into four historical stages and summarized. Further discussion will be needed for judging its rightness. The summarized positive and negative experience also need comments from the academic field. The paper is just the trigger for more discussion and spurs us for better work.
