文章在分析了高校思想道德建设基本情况的基础上，明确了新时期高校思想道德建设面临的机遇与挑战，并就学生、教师、党政管理干部的思想道德建设等主要问题，提出了工作思路。

On the basis of analyzing the ideological and ethical education in colleges and universities ,this article makes clear the opportunities and the challenges that the ideological and ethical education in colleges and universities is now faced with.Besides,the article provides some working methods concerning the main issues such as the ideological and ethical education among students,teachers and management cadres.
