江苏省高校体育院系体育行业职业资格培训与鉴定现状调查与分析

Sports College Sports Industry in Colleges in Jiangsu Province Vocational Qualification Training and Evaluation Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo

采用文献资料、访谈等方法,对江苏省高校体育院系国家体育行业职业资格培训与鉴定现状分析。结果显示:江苏省高校体育院系参加培训与鉴定的人数逐年增加,鉴定项目还不够全面,鉴定级别还比较低,鉴定地区主要在南京、苏州、无锡、常州等经济比较发达地区。江苏体育行业职业技能鉴定刚刚起步,组织还不够完善,针对所面临的问题,大力开展江苏省高校体育院系国家体育行业职业资格培训与鉴定工作,加大不同项目的培训与鉴定工作,加大宣传推广力度,加大鉴定人员的数量,提高培训质量,提高培训的通过率。

By using methods of documentary, interview method, this paper analyses the current situation of Jiangsu province college sports present situation of national sports industry vocational qualification training and evaluation . The results showed that sports departments of colleges and universities in Jiangsu province to participate in the training and identification number increases year by year, which is not comprehensive enough appraisal project, and identifying the level is relatively low, identify areas mainly in Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou and other economy more developed regions. Jiangsu sports industry professional skill appraisal is on its beginning, and organization is not perfect enough, in view of the problems, to develop the sports department of Jiangsu province national sports industry vocational qualification training and evaluation work, increasing the training of different project appraisal work, strengthening publicity, increasing the number of identification of personnel, improving the quality of training, and improving the passing rate of training.
