摘要
高温高压蒸汽在工业生产中有着广泛的应用,而针对不同的生产需求需要通过减温减压系统来调节蒸汽的温度和压力。本文所阐述的弹簧旋流雾化喷嘴是减温系统中的减温水喷水雾化元件,通过对弹簧式压力喷嘴的结构设计及实验研究,并与传统的固定喷嘴雾化进行了比较,表明该喷嘴具有雾化效果好、性能稳定、使用寿命长的优点,而且能有效防止蒸汽管道破裂、避免蒸汽窜入冷凝液系统。
High temperature and high pressure steam is widely used in industrial production , and ac-cording to different production requirements needed by the temperature and pressure reduction system to regulate the steam pressure and temperature .The spring nozzle described in this paper is to reduce water atomization of water temperature in the system , the structure design and experimental study of spring type pressure nozzle , and compared with the traditional fixed nozzle , the nozzle atomization effect is good , has the advantages of long service life and stable performance , and can effectively pre-vent the steam from entering to avoid condensate system , steam line break .
