摘要
S500钢化学成分标准变化后,成型拉刀冷加工过程出现掉渣现象。本文通过对成型拉刀进行锻造退火和热处理工艺试验,找出最佳热加工工艺,解决掉渣现象的发生。
After the standard of S500 steel chemical composition changes , there is edge drop in the cold processing of molding broach .In this paper , the best hot working process is determined , and edge drop in the cold processing of molding broach is solved by forging and annealing , and heat treat-ment experiment for molding broach .
