透气性是关系着烧结过程的重要参数,它影响烧结成品率,合格率,生产过程能源利用率等各种参数。而混匀矿透气性又由原料质量、粒度、燃料溶剂配比及原料水分等决定。其中水分控制是这些条件里的最关键因素,下面在其他条件不变的情况下,通过一、二混目标水分率的调节在线控制一、二混加水量,确保烧结机上混合料的透气性,这一在线加水过程根据二混后水分率实时响应,自动调节,我们称之为自动加水专家系统。
