摘要
针对锂电池化成过程中采用电阻放电带来的大量能量浪费现象,设计了一个双向DCDC变换器,可以实现化成放电能量的高效回收。该变换器以Buck/Boost双向DC-DC变换器作为主电路拓扑,主要由Buck驱动电路、Boost驱动电路、电压/电流采样电路等部分构成。介绍了系统的基本结构,分析了电路的工作原理,并对方案设计给予了详细说明。实验结果表明,该变换器可以实现电池充电、放电功能,控制精度高,具有良好的稳定性。
Aiming at the phenomenon of a large number of energy waste brought by resistance discharge in the process of lithium battery formation, a bi-directional DC-DC converter is designed to realize efficient recycling of discharging energy. The converter, which adopts the Buck/Boost bi-directional DC-DC converter as the main circuit topology, is consisted of Buck drive circuit, Boost drive circuit, voltage sampling circuit and current sampling circuit. The system structure is introduced, the working principle is analyzed and the project design is given in detail in this paper. Experimental results show that this converter can realize the charging and discharging function of lithium battery, possessing the advantages of high control precision and good stability.
