护生参加《老年护理学》课程服务性学习的体验及反思 被引量:14

摘要 目的探索和分析在《老年护理学》课程中运用服务性学习教学过程中学生的体验和反思。方法 2013年11月便利抽样法选取上海市某民办高校2011级护理本科三年级36名在校护生为研究对象,对其《老年护理学》课程采用服务性学习教学法,课程结束后收集学生的反思日记资料,并运用Colaizzi现象学研究法进行分析。结果得出5个主题:对老年人态度的改变;学习上的改变;团队合作意识增强;沟通交流能力提高;对护理工作进行深刻反思。结论服务性学习可以促进护生对老年人的积极态度及护理职业价值观的形成,有助于推动社区老年护理服务体系的完善;同时为解决我国护理教育中存在的理论与实践脱节问题提供了全新的解决途径。 Objective To explore and analyze the experience and reflection of nursing students participat-ing in service learning of Geriatric Nursing curriculum.Methods By convenience sampling,3 6 students were selected and service learning pedagogy was conducted to collect students’reflection j ournals and ana-lyze the data followed by Colaizzi phenomenological research method.Results Five themes were emerged:the change of attitudes towards elderly,change of learning model,enhanced the awareness of teamwork, improved the communication skills,and developed the deliberative reflection of nursing profession.Conclu-sion Service learning can promote nursing student’s positive attitude towards elderly patients and the for-mation of nursing occupational values,contribute to the perfection of community elderly nursing service system,and provide a new way to narrow the gap between theory and practice in nursing education in Chi-na.
