摘要
本文对WH-分裂句的语用功能进行了较为详细的分析。提到WH-分裂句，以往的大多学者认为它含有新/旧信息，或预设/焦点这样两种成分。笔者在此通过对实际语料的研究，指出有必要就WH-分裂句的语篇功能加以探讨。
This paper gives a detailed analysis of the pragmatic functions of WH-cleft sentence, which is usually considered as containing two components: Given/New or Presupposition/Focus. Through the study of the actual discourse, the author points out that it is necessary to deal with the discourse function of the WH-cleft sentence.
