基于S-E-M系统的煤矿瓦斯爆炸FTA研究

摘要 运用事故树(FTA)方法对瓦斯爆炸事故进行系统分析,并采用基于布尔代数法的Matlab编程求解最小割集。通过对2004~2013年全国煤矿发生瓦斯爆炸的事故基本事件归类进行统计,邀请专家对基本事件发生概率进行经验打分,再求两者数值的中值,最终建立S-E-M系统,同时把结果应用到事故树中求解顶事件概率和临界重要度。研究结果表明:通过S-E-M系统分析避免了由于专家经验等方法造成客观性的缺失,能够具体分析产生事故的各种因素,并能提取出事故关键因素,切断事故发生链。该理论的建立能够给煤炭企业安全管理提供有力的决策支持,从而实现企业的安全发展。 The paper analyzed the mine gas explosion with Fault Tree Analysis method , and solved the minimal cut sets based on the Matlab of Boolean algebra method .First the statistics of elementary events of coal mine gas explosion accidents in 2004~2013 were took ,and then empirical scorings of the probability of elementary events were carried out by experts ,the S-E-M system was set up at last .At the same time ,the results were applied to the fault tree to solve the probability of top e-vent and critical importance .The results show that the analysis of S-E-M system can avoids the defects of objectivity owe to the professional experience ,analyzes the all factors and key factors of accidents ,and cut off the accident chain .The estab-lishment of the theory can provides a powerful support in safety management of coal enterprises ,and achieves safety develop-ment .
