摘要 本文分别给出了蔗糖蒸发结晶过程中粒度分布、结晶糖量、浓度分布的数学模型。仿真结果证明了这些模型都能很好地拟合实际测量的相关数据分布。在此基础上建立蔗糖晶体生长动力学的模型并分别计算质量生长速度值、线性生长速度值。计算得出的值与国外相关文献计算的值在相同的范围之内,证明了本文建立的蔗糖晶体生长动力学模型是可靠的。 This paper build some mathematical models of sucrose evaporative crystallization process.For instance,particle size distribution,crystall sucrose mass and the concentration distribution. Simulation results show that these mathematical models can fit the actual measured data distribution very well. On this basis set up the sucrose crystal growth kinetics mathematical models and calculate the values of the mass growth rate and the linear growth rate.These values are very close to the calculated values in the foreign literature, prove that these two sucrose crystal growth kinetics models are reliable.
