摘要 针对气体保护焊焊接施工技术在煤矿机械制造中的工艺应用,分析了焊接工艺参数及施工过程中各因素的影响,并以同煤集团机电装备公司中央机厂为塔山煤矿、同忻煤矿和金庄煤业公司生产制造的ZF15000/27.5/42型大采高液压支架产品为例,提出了具体的焊接工艺技术措施,实现了新材料、新工艺煤机制造焊焊接施工技术应用的新跨越,填补了煤炭行业煤机制造气体保护焊焊接施工技术应用领域的多项空白。 Analyses the soldering building technique parameters and the factors influencing the in the process of construction,And take example for ZF15000 /27.5 /42 large mining height hydraulic support producted by the central machinery factory supply for Datong coal mine group Ta Shan coal mine,Tongxin coal mine and Jinzhuang coal indus-try,puts forwards the measures of welding process of specific technical,the implementation of new materials,new technology of coal machine manufacturing a new leap welding construction technology application,from the welding process parameters selection,concrete when choosing and welding welding protective gas corresponding to the process before welding,welding heat treatment after welding technology measures should be taken to such aspects as are dis-cussed in detail and introduction.Fills a number of gaps in the coal machine manufacturing industry of coal gas weld-ing construction technology application.
