针对气体保护焊焊接施工技术在煤矿机械制造中的工艺应用,分析了焊接工艺参数及施工过程中各因素的影响,并以同煤集团机电装备公司中央机厂为塔山煤矿、同忻煤矿和金庄煤业公司生产制造的ZF15000/27.5/42型大采高液压支架产品为例,提出了具体的焊接工艺技术措施,实现了新材料、新工艺煤机制造焊焊接施工技术应用的新跨越,填补了煤炭行业煤机制造气体保护焊焊接施工技术应用领域的多项空白。
