摘要 通过分析粉尘颗粒对激光的散射特性,结合粉尘排放实时测量技术,基于光散射法建立了一套激光粉尘自动测定系统用以测量工业生产烟道中粉尘的浓度。运用该系统对山西铝厂回转窑烟道中不同浓度的Al2O3粉尘进行实时监测,实验数据与等速抽滤采样法标定结果比较误差不超过15%,结果表明,所设计的装置能用于工业生产作业场所粉尘浓度的监测。 Through the analysis laser scattering characteristics of dust particles,considering the technology in dust measuring,establishes a set of dust automatic monitoring system for measuring the dust concentration of the in-dustrial production based on laser scattering method.And the Al2 O3 dust concentration of Shanxi Aluminium plant ro-tary kiln flue is measured experimentally,error less than 15% compared the experimental data with standard,the re-sults show that the designed system can be used for the dust concentration monitoring at industrial production place.
