摘要
带式输送机在煤炭行业有着广泛的应用,但是我国矿用输送机多以恒速运行为主,导致工作效率较低,浪费了大量的电能。分析了带速与装载量之间的关系,提出了利用模糊控制理论和PLC控制技术进行节能的方案。通过采集装载量,达到实现控制输出带速的目的,并建立了节能方案结构框图和软件流程图。最后,根据假定的参数进行计算,结果证明采用节能方案后节能率为13.9%,具有一定的节能效果。
Belt conveyors have a wide range of applications in the coal industry,but most of them are running at constant speed,result in low efficiency and waste a lot of energy.Analyzes the relationship between the speed and load,the energy saving program based on fuzzy control theory and PLC control technology is proposed.Through the ac-quisition of loading,achieve the purpose of controlling the output belt speed,and establish a structure diagram and software flow of energy -saving solutions.Finally,it is proved that after used energy -saving scheme energy saving rate is 13.9% based on the assumed parameters carry out calculating.So it has a certain energy saving effect.
