Design of Land Mobile Law Enforcement Surveillance Information System Based on ArcGIS

土地执法外业巡查过程中由于无法实时获取业务数据,会导致发现问题不及时等问题。系统以ArcGIS平台为基础,实现移动终端与服务器数据的实时传输,提高了外业巡查的效率和准确性,为执法监察的可视化与信息化做出了积极的尝试。

In the process of the land patrolling ,there is a problem in finding problems timely because of a lack of access to real‐time business data .This paper introduces the information system based on ArcGIS ,which can be used to complete the real‐time data transmission between mobile terminal and the server to improve the efficiency and accuracy of patrol inspection .The system plays a positive role for the visualization and information for law enforcement .
