摘要
文主要探讨了农村集体土地使用权建库工作的具体流程,结合现实工作状况,讨论了在已有条件下应如何有效并迅速地开展农村集体土地使用权的调查确权工作的方法。与此同时,对在数据库建设工作中出现的有关技术问题进行了详细的分析,并提出了一些相应的解决方法。
This paper mainly discusses the specific flow of use right construction library of rural collective ,combined with practical work situation ,it also discusshow to carry out the investigation land right effectively and quickly for which under existing condition .At the same time ,some technical problems in database construction work have been detailed analyzed ,and some corresponding solutions have been put forward too .
