摘要
河北省南皮县是典型的资源型缺水区,通过实施地下水超采区节水灌溉项目,有效地减少了取水量,提高了水资源利用率,使有限的地下水资源得到高效利用,从而达到压缩深层地下水的开采量、升高地下水位、缓解水环境恶化和实现现代农业可持续发展的目的。
Nanpi county of Hebei Province is typical of reso urces-based shortage area, the application of water-saving irrigation project of groundwater area effectively reduced the quantity of water intake and improved the utilization of water resources, so as to achieve the goal of restriction of using deep groundwater, increasing the level of underground water and deterioration of water environment to be in remission and the sustainable development of modern agriculture.
