摘要
目的了解四川藏区"9+3"护生与汉族护生心理弹性状况,以进行针对性心理辅导。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法选取四川藏区"9+3"护生与汉族护生各120名,用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC、中文版)测试护生心理状况。结果 120名藏区护生乐观因子得分明显低于汉族护生,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03);一年级藏区护生乐观方面得分明显低于汉族护生;三年级藏区护生韧性、乐观和弹性总分得分明显低于汉族护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余年级各个因子得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四川藏区"9+3"护生心理不良状况甚于汉族学生,政策制定者和学校管理部门应重视四川藏区"9+3"护生的心理健康问题,进行有针对性的心理辅导。
Objective To explore the psychological resilience status between Tibetan nursing students in Sichuan province on“9+3” free education programs and Han nationality nursing students in order to give a corresponding psychological counseling .Meth-ods By using cluster random sampling method ,120 Sichuan Tibetan “9+3” nursing students and 120 Han nursing students were se-lected.The Chinese Version of Connor-Davidson mental resilience scale(CD-RISC)and the general information questionnaire were used to measure the psychological status of the students .Results The scores of the Tibetan nursing students were lower than that of the Han nationality nursing students in optimistic factors (P =0.03).The results of CD-RISC also showed that the scores of optimist in the 1st grade Tibetan students were significantly lower than that in the 1st grade Han nationality students(P =0.01).The scores of tenacity, optimist and resilience total score in the 3rd grade Tibetan nursing students were also significantly lower than those in the 3rd grade Han students(P 〈0.05).There was no significant difference in other grade studies .Conclusion The psychological resilience of Tibetan nursing students in Sichuan province is worse than that of Han nationality nursing students .Tibetan nursing students should be given a corresponding psychological counseling according to their risk factors .
