应用医院信息系统实施处方实时点评效果及评价

Assessment on the effectiveness of prescription real-time review by using hospital information system

目的评价医院信息系统(hospital information systems,HIS)对门急诊处方实时点评效果。方法应用HIS系统中的药物使用监控系统对门急诊处方实行实时点评,对比分析医院实施门急诊处方实时点评前后处方质量、评价指标变化情况。结果实施门急诊处方实时点评后,不规范处方数明显减少(P<0.05),处方合格率明显提高(P<0.01)。结论利用医院HIS系统开展处方实时点评对提高处方质量、促进医院合理用药效果明显,具有很好的推广应用前景。

Objective To appraise the effect of hospital information system （ HIS） in real-time comments on prescriptions for outpatient and emergency department .Methods The synchronous comments on prescription for outpatient and emergency department were conducted by using a drug monitoring software in the HIS .Then,the prescription quality and change of evaluation indicator were compared before and after application of the HIS .Results After the real-time comment on prescription ,the number of ill-formed pre-scriptions was significantly decreased （ P〈0.05 ） , and the rate of reasonable prescriptions were significantly increased （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion Synchronous comments on prescriptions by means of the HIS can help to improve the prescription quality ,and may accel-erate the rational drug use in hospitals .Thus,it is considerable that hospital information system will be widely used in the future .
