心肌血流储备分数在冠心病介入策略选择中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目前,冠心病患者日益增多,在判断狭窄病变是否致局部心肌缺血,是否需要置入支架,支架置入后的效果等问题缺乏有效的、明确的指标。心肌血流储备分数(fractional flow reserve FFR)是一个评估冠状动脉病变与局部心肌缺血之间是否有关联的指标,能客观评价冠状动脉的生理学功能,特异的反映狭窄是否造成心肌缺血,其操作简易、安全性高、可重复性好,在指导冠状动脉病变血运重建决策制定上变得日益重要。
