多模式镇痛在人工全膝关节置换术的应用现状 被引量:16

摘要 疼痛是继体温、脉搏、呼吸及血压之后的第五大生命体征,逐渐引起广泛关注。疼痛为患者常见的主观体验,是人工膝关节置换术无法回避的问题。疼痛成为影响人工膝关节置换术后患者早期功能锻炼、关节功能恢复及住院时间的重要因素,严重危害患者生理及社会心理健康。疼痛的产生是一个多环节、极其复杂的过程,单一的止痛方法不足以达到理想镇痛,故目前临床上多采用多模式镇痛技术,包括局部麻醉,周围神经阻滞,环氧化酶-2(COX-2)选择性抑制剂,对乙酰氨基酚,阿片类药物和一个适合患者的围手术期镇痛计划。
