摘要
通过研究离体猪下颌骨第一恒磨牙近中舌根根尖相关解剖学数据,更快对其进行定位,更好地指导实验教学,以利于学生掌握根尖外科手术。选取符合要求的61例猪一侧下颌骨作为研究对象,用游标卡尺测量其相关解剖学数据并进行统计分析。猪第一恒磨牙临床牙冠长度为(7.35±1.63)mm,全长为(28.84±2.84)mm,术区骨表面距根尖最凸点距离为(4.02±1.37)mm,57.38的牙根位于下颌神经管上方,两者未接触。表明下颌神经管与下颌第一磨牙近中舌根的关系的测量和定位有助于更为准确地从龈牙合向定位根尖。
For better use of pigs mandibles as models in endodontic surgery,the study assesses 4 anatomical data in pigs. 61 pigs mandibles were selected. All the anatomical data was measured with a vernier caliper. SPSS software was used to analyze the data.The average length of the clinical crown was( 7. 35 ± 1. 63) mm,and the average tooth length was( 28. 84 ± 2. 84) mm. The average distance between the root apex and buccal surface of the bone was( 4. 02 ± 1. 37) mm. Most of the root apex( 57. 38) was above the mandibular canal. The experiment found that the relationship between the root apex and mandibular canal can be used for predicting the location of the root apex.
