摘要 针对微生物学实验实践教学中存在的学生学习热情不高、教学形式陈旧以及学用衔接差等问题,改革教学方式和教学环节,有效地调动了学生的主观能动性,激发了学生的创新意识,培养了学生的创新能力、综合分析问题和解决问题的能力,有效地缩短了学习和科研生产的距离,为其完成毕业论文和从事科研、生产工作奠定了基础,可为其他实践类课程提供借鉴。 In view of low passion of learning,old forms of teaching and poor connect between learning and practice,reform and exploration were performed in the pattern and procedure of microbiology experimental teaching. In results,it is showed that the subjective initiative were moved,innovation consciousness were activated,the ability of innovation,comprehensive analysis and problem- solving skills were trained,the distance between learning and scientific research production,the foundations to finish the graduation thesis and engage in the research and production work were laid. The reform experience could provide references for the other courses.
