80例健康女性性激素与精神质因子相关性的调查分析（英文）

Investigation about the association between hormones and psychoticism of 80 healthy women with regular menstrual cycle

目的:探索健康女性月经周期不同时相性激素的变化趋势及其与精神质因子的相关性。方法:选取月经周期规律的健康女性80例,在入组时填写艾森克人格简式量表(EPQ-RSC),并计算该量表各个维度的评分,即神经质、精神质、内外向及可信度。依据常模将其分为高低精神质组,连续3个月经周期在其卵泡早期、卵泡晚期、黄体中晚期抽取空腹血样检测其性激素6项指标,即雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、孕酮(Prog)、睾酮(T)。结果:高精神质组的FSH在卵泡早期、卵泡晚期、黄体中晚期较低精神质组高;且LH在卵泡早期、黄体中晚期高精神质组较高(P<0.05)。而T在黄体中晚期高精神质组则较低(P<0.05)。结论:精神质因子评分可能影响健康女性激素水平的变化。

Objective： To illustrate the change tendency of female sex hormones during the menstrual cycle of healthy women with different personality traits. Methods： Eighty healthy women with regular menstrual cycle were recruited and evaluated by Revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Short Scale for Chinese （EPQ-RSC） which was divided into different aspects, such as neuroticism （N）, psychoticism （P） and extraversion （E）. The subjects were divided into high group and low group according to the score of P. Then blood were taken from all group during the period （day 2 to 4）, late follicular phase （day 11-13） and the late luteal phase （day 22-24） for three consecutive menstrual cycle. Estrogen （E2）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, progesterone （Prog）, testosterone （T） and prolactin （PRL） were tested. Results： On the psychoticism the high-P-group showed significant increasing of the FSH in the period, late follicular phase, late luteal phase and the LH in the period and late follicular phase than the low-P-group （P〈0.05）. There was also significant difference in the reduction of T in M3 period. On the Extraversion, the high- E-group showed significant increasing of the E2 in M2 period, the Prog in M3 period, and the FSH in M1 period than the low-E-group （P〈0.05）. The T in M2/M3 period of low-E-group also significant higher than high-E- group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychoticism may affect the change of the sex hormones of healthy women.
