髓芯减压术联合羟基红花黄色素A对激素性股骨头坏死模兔股骨头微循环的影响 被引量:18

Effects of the core decompression combined with HSYA on the SANFH model of rabbit femoral head microcirculation

摘要 目的:通过观察髓芯减压术联合羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)对兔激素性股骨头坏死(SANFH)模型的影响,阐明中医活血化瘀法对SANFH的治疗作用。方法:应用马血清+甲强龙静脉注射的方法建立兔SANFH模型,建模成功后随机分为空白组、模型对照组、单纯减压组、联合用药组,单纯减压组和联合用药组行髓芯减压术,且联合用药组在减压后予髓腔内注射HSYA溶液,单纯减压组髓腔内注射同体积0.9%氯化钠溶液。检测各组全血黏度、全血还原黏度以及免疫组化法检测股骨头VEGF表达及MVD。结果:联合用药组血液流变学指标、VEGF表达、MVD均明显高于单纯减压与模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HSYA能够改善SANFH模兔血液流变学指标,促进VEGF高表达,促进血管内皮细胞新生,从而促进股骨头内微循环的建立。 Objective: By observing pulp core decompression combined hydroxy safflower yellow A (HSYA) on the model of rabbit femoral head necrosis, to illuminate the theory of blood circulation in the femoral head necrosis of the combination therapy treatment effect. Methods: Horse serum + Sou-Medrol intravenous injection method were used to establish rabbit SANFH model. After model established, rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, model group, simple decompression group and combined treatment group. The combined treatment group received core decompression and intramedullary injection with HSYA, and the simple decompression group received core decompression and intramedullary injection with normal saline at the same volume. The whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity in each group were detected as well as immunohistochemical assay of the femoral head of VEGF expression and MVD. Results: VEGF expression and MVD expression were statistically higher than the simple decompression and the model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: HSYA injecting could improve the the hemorheology SANFH model to promote high expression of VEGF, vascular endothelial cells newborn in order to promote the establishment of the femoral head microcirculation.
