喻文球治疗外科杂病经验举隅

Examples of professor YU Wen-qiu's experience of treating surgical miscellaneous disease

外科疾病病虽发于体表,但与人体阴阳、气血、脏腑、表里、寒热等密切相关。外科杂病往往病因复杂甚至无任何原因或诱因,发病机制大多尚未阐明,病程缠绵难愈,西医疗效不显,治疗颇为棘手。辨证论治是中医的特色及精华。临床上,喻文球教授常将辨病与辨证相结合诊治外科疑难杂症,常获满意疗效。文章列举喻文球教授治疗皮肤黑病变病、闭汗症、男性乳房异常发育症和小棘苔藓等外科杂病验案4则,以期为临床治疗外科杂病提供借鉴。

Although surgical diseases occurs in body surface, it is closely related with deficiency and excess of yin and yang, qi and blood, viscera, interior and exterior, heat and cold, and so on. With complicated causes or even no reasons, many surgical miscellaneous diseases pathogenesis has not been unclarified. Mostly, the course is lingering painless and the modem medicine doesn＇t curative effect make it difficult to treat these diseases. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the characteristic and essence of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Professor YU Wen-qiu often used the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation in diagnosising and tearing surgical diseases in clinic. Containing skin melanosis case, adiaphoresis case, gynecomastia case, and Lichen spinulosus case, four medical cases from Professor YU Wen-qiu in the treatment of surgical miscellaneous diseases were illustrated in this paper so as to provide reference for clinical to treat and cure these diseases more effectively.
