愈肺宁方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中医证素的影响

Effects of Yufeining Formula on TCM syndrome elements in patients with COPD at stable phase

目的:探讨名老中医戴舜珍主任验方愈肺宁方(以下简称愈肺宁)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(以下简称慢阻肺)稳定期患者中医证素的影响。方法:采用随机双盲安慰剂对照研究,符合纳入标准和排除标准的慢阻肺患者60例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例,在西药常规治疗基础上,两组分别予愈肺宁或安慰剂治疗,疗程8周。根据证素辨证方法,提取病位证素和病性证素,观察治疗前后病位证素和病性证素积分的变化。结果:治疗组完成28例,对照组完成27例,治疗组治疗后病位肺、脾证素积分比治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);病性气虚、阳虚积分比治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。对照组治疗前后各病位和病性积分无明显差异。结论:愈肺宁可以改善慢阻肺患者病位肺和脾、病性气虚和阳虚的病理损害程度,为愈肺宁治疗慢阻肺提供客观依据。

Objective： To explore the effects of Yufeining Formula, the famous old TCM expert DAI Shun-zhen＇s experienced prescription, on TCM syndrome elements in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） at stable phase. Methods： A randomized, doubled-blind and placebo control study was designed. 60 patients with stable COPD who met the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into therapeutic group of 30 cases and placebo group of 30 cases, respectively. They were given Yufeining or placebo for 8 weeks besides basic therapy. The syndrome elements of the disease location and the disease nature were extracted by syndrome elements differentiation methods. The changes before and after the treatment of integrals of the disease location and nature were recorded in two groups. Results： 28 cases were completed in Yufeining group while 27 cases in the placebo group were completed. The integrals of the lung and the spleen decreased significantly after the treatment （P〈0.05）. The integrals of qi asthenia and yang asthenia decreased significantly （P〈0.01）. There were no obvious integrals differences in the disease location and nature before and after the treatment in control group. Conclusion： Yufeining could reduce the degree of pathologic damage of the lung and the spleen, qi asthenia and yang asthenia. It would provie objective basis for COPD treatment.
