二至丸防治肿瘤的免疫学视角分析

二至丸作为平补肝肾之阴的代表方剂之一,可明显抑制肿瘤生长,然其作用机制不明。众多研究表明,二至丸可从T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、红细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、干扰素、肿瘤坏死因子等多个角度调节免疫状态防治肿瘤,为二至丸从调节肿瘤免疫逃逸和免疫编辑等角度防治肿瘤提供了理论依据。

As a representative prescription with function as nourishing yin of liver and kidney, Erzhi Pill in the clinical practice has been widely applied to prevention against various diseases characterized with yin deficiency of liver and kidney. It＇s more and more valued in the practice of preventing tumor as the theoretical research goes further. Erzhi Pill can obviously prevent tumor growth but its mechanism is unknown. Many researches had shown that Erzhi Pill could adjust immune status by regulating the levels of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, NK cells, red blood cells, macrophages, neutrophils, interleukin （IL） and interferon （IFN） and tumor necrosis factor （TNF） and so on. All studies had indicated that it was probable that Erzhi Pill could treat and prevent tumor by controlling immune escape and immunoediting.
