摘要
风力机的叶片要求具有足够的机械强度和刚度,在取得最大风能利用系数的同时具有最小的质量,同时要求风力机具有充足的安全性和稳定性。讨论了风力机叶片设计的基础理论,基于中国科学院工程热物理研究所研发的100k W钝尾缘实验叶片的设计参数,对叶片质量、刚度分布以及屈曲稳定性进行了重点研究。最后,通过塔尖间隙计算,分析了叶片运行的安全性。
The blade must have sufficient mechanical strength and stiffness, achieve maximum rotor power coefficient with minimum of quality, and adequate security and stability are necessary. This paper proposes the basic theories of the wind turbine design, analyzes the design parameters of 100 laboratory blunt blade such as the mass, stiffness distribution and buckling stability of the blade, evaluates the running safety of blade based on the calculations of clearance of tower and blade tip.
