摘要
旋转电极式电除尘器是燃煤电厂粉尘治理主流设备之一。作为大跨度较复杂的钢结构件,对旋转电极式电除尘器进行了整机强度计算和优化。通过有限元软件SAP2000建立常规经验设计的旋转电极式电除尘器整机模型,导入中国钢结构规范;分析显示动态特性良好,对整机钢结构规范进行了校核显示总体应力比符合要求,但存在分布不均,有较大的结构优化空间;通过整机分析,寻找过强或过弱的零件,对其设定为由若干个型号组成的待选型材,以钢结构规范为计算标准,优化分析得出最佳型号组合形式,优化后强度分布更合理,用钢量降低。
Mobile electrode electrostatic precipitator (MEEP) is one of the mainstream methods for smoke - gas treatment in goal -fired power plants. It establishes a large span steel structure for normal MEEP model and calculations the strength of MEEP. The result shows that it has a good dynamic property and the stress ratios meet the specification. But the stress ratios are not uniformity enough. Then, it optimizes the MEEP after setting the stronger and weaker part several appointed steel types. With a better combination, the MEEP gets better stress and lower steel consumption.
