摘要
针对印度选煤厂工程建设项目在设计基础、设计程序以及技术文档等环节与国内同类项目存在的差异,基于相关设计经验,分析了其煤质特征、选煤工艺特点,提出了设备选型注意事项,并指出进度计划、审查程序、投标设计和详细设计等环节的特点以及潜在的风险。
Aiming at the differences in design basis, design procedure and technical documents between coal preparation plant engineering project in India and China, based on the experiences of CPP design in India, the characteristics of coal quality and coal preparation process were analyzed, the precautions of equipment selection were proposed, the features and potential risks of the scheduled plan, audit program, tender design and detailed design were pointed out.
