高位裂隙带长距离钻孔在高瓦斯矿井中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 随着余吾煤业开采深度和规模的不断增大,采空区瓦斯涌出问题已成为制约其安全高效生产的主要因素。针对目前井下常规钻机钻孔深度不够,瓦斯预抽期较短等现象,余吾煤业引进了澳大利亚生产的VLD-1000型千米定向钻机,提出了应用千米定向钻机施工高位裂隙钻孔进行采空区瓦斯抽采技术。分析结果表明,该项技术较常规钻机施工钻孔的优越性主要体现在瓦斯抽采效果好、定位能力强,而且所需钻场数量少、节约成本,能够有效治理采空区瓦斯涌出问题,具有广阔的应用前景。 With the development of the mining depth and scale of Yuwu Coal Mine, goaf gas emission has become the main factor of restricting the high yield and efficiency. Aiming at the inadequate borehole depth using current drilling machine and short gas drainage time, Australian VLD - 1000 directional drilling machine was introduced in Yuwu Coal Mine. A new goaf drainage technology of high level fracture boreholes using VLD - 1000 drilling machine was proposed. The results show that, compared with current drilling technology, the proposed technology has better gas drainage effect and positioning capability, requires less drill sites and cost, and offers good effect of goal gas emission control, and broad application prospect.
