摘要
为了解决大倾角大采高工作面设备易滑易倒、煤壁易片帮等问题,设计采用液压支架调正装置、刮板输送机防滑装置、工作面挡矸装置等结构,并采用缓慢过渡式工作面布置方法,解决了大倾角大采高工作面设备稳定性和工人安全防护的问题,实践结果表明设备的稳定性控制良好,生产效率得到有效提高。
Aiming at the devices gliding and inclining and rib spalling in high cutting large clip angle working face, with hydraulic support reset device, conveyor anti - skid device, working face waste rock blocking device and slow transition face arrangement in Huashan Coal Mine, the stability of the equipment and safety of workers were ensured. The practices showed that, the devices stability was well controlled and the production efficiency was enhanced.
