广西壮族骨关节结核患者血清白细胞介素-12水平检测

Detection of serum IL-12 level of patients with bone and joint tuberculosis in Guangxi

目的研究血清白细胞介素-12水平在广西壮族骨关节结核患者与健康体检者之间的差异及临床意义。方法选取2010年10月~2013年10月收治的广西壮族骨关节结核患者150例作为观察组,同期体检中心进行健康体检的165名壮族体检健康者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测两组外周血血清IL-12水平,常规方法测定红细胞沉降率（ESR）和血浆C反应蛋白（CRP）水平,比较两组间IL-12、ESR、CRP水平的差异,分析观察组患者IL-12水平与ESR、CRP水平的相关性。结果两组IL-12、ESR及CRP水平比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,观察组IL-12显著低于对照组,ESR及CRP水平显著高于对照组。观察组患者血清IL-12水平与ESR水平及CRP水平均无明显线性相关（P〉0.05）。结论广西壮族骨关节结核患者血清IL-12水平低于正常人群,IL-12可能在骨关节结核的发病中起免疫调节作用。

Objective To explore the difference of serum IL-12 levels between patients with bone and joint tuberculosis and healthy individuals in Guangxi and its clinical significance. Methods 150 cases of bone and joint tuberculosis admitted to hospital from October,2010 to October, 2013 in Guangxi were selected as observation group. And 165 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in physical examination center in the same period were selected as control group.Levels of serum IL-12 in peripheral blood of both groups were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and plasma C reactive protein （CRP） were tested by routine method.Then, differences of IL-12,ESR and CRP levels were compared,and the correlation of IL-12 between ESR and CRP levels were observed and analysed between groups.Results Difference of levels of serum IL-12, ESR and CRP of both groups was statistically signifi- cant（ P 〈0.01 ）, serum IL-12 level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, but ESR and CRP levels were significantly higher than those of the control group.Levels of ESR and CRP were not linearly correlated with the serum IL-12 level in the observation group（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The serum IL-12 level of patients with bone and joint tuberculosis is lower than that of healthy individuals in Guangxi.IL-12 may play a role of immunoregulation in the patho- genesis of bone and joint tuberculosis.
