摘要
目的通过分析南宁市2013年法定报告传染病疫情流行情况及重点传染病流行特征,为今后制定该市传染病防治策略提供参考依据。方法对"疾病监测信息报告管理系统"中南宁市2013年的法定报告传染病资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2013年南宁市共报告法定传染病26种83 765例,死亡382例,报告法定传染病发病率为1239.13/10万、死亡率5.65/10万、病死率0.46%。发病数居前五位的乙类传染病为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病和艾滋病;发病数居前三位的丙类传染病为手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病和流行性腮腺炎。结论手足口病、乙型肝炎、肺结核和性传播疾病是南宁市传染病防治工作的重点。
Objective To analyze epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases and epidemic characteristics of key infectious diseases of Nanning city in 2013, so as to provide a scientific basis for making control strategy for infectious disea- ses in this city.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on data of the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases of Nanning in 2013 in ＂Disease Monitoring and Information Reporting Management System＂ .Results In total, 83 765 cases of 26 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Nanning in 2013,including 382 death cases.Reported incidence rate was 1239.13/100 000,mortality rate was 5.65/100 000,and case fatality rate was 0.46%.The top five category B infectious diseases were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and HIV/AIDS.The top three category C infectious diseases were hand-foot-mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea diseases and epidemic parotitis.Concluslon To prevent and control hand-foot-mouth disease, hepatitis B, pulmonary tuberculosis and sexually transmitted diseases is needed to be focused in Nanning.
